I would like to know if the below can be coded to show below each poem once its approved

i hereby certified this is my original creative poem

where the copyright text and symbol is fixed
where date is the date the poem is posted online
and where the name area following the date is the poet's real name or user name
and where the certification/disclaimer is a possible text area to be customized backend to what the website admin prefers

this is really needed by my site as my members are requesting it before posting their poems
